Russia has an embassy in Pretoria and a consulate-general in Cape Town, South Africa. And South Africa has an embassy in Moscow. The Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed between the two countries sets forth long term benchmarks for bilateral coordination in trade, investment, the humanitarian sector and the international arena.
