World-Class Universities Leave Russia Behind

MOSCOW, October 17, 2013 (TMT) -- Once again, no Russian institutions figured into the top 200 universities worldwide, according to this year's annual Times Higher Education survey. The only Russian university in the top 400 was Lomonosov Moscow State University in the 226 to 250 range.
