Russia and Ghana Cooperating in Oil Industry

MOSCOW, October 11, 2010 (Buziness Africa) - Vagit Alekperov, Lukoil president, and Joseph Oteng-Adjei, the minister of Energy of the republic of Ghana, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) after the parties had discussed implementation of a joint project encompassing exploration, appraisal, development and extraction of hydrocarbons at the Cape Three Points Deep Water block (CTPDW).
